Hi, I’m Giuseppe!
I’m a biologist on a mission to make science meaningful, accessible, and practical.
🔬 I earned my PhD in Germany, specializing in molecular biology and aging, where I spent years unraveling the complex mechanisms of life. But my journey didn’t stop there.
🚀 After my PhD, I transitioned into industry as a Field Application Specialist, applying my expertise to real-world solutions and working directly with researchers tackling cutting-edge biological questions.
More recently, I've become deeply passionate about artificial intelligence and its potential to transform how we work in biology.

I'm here to help biologists navigate the AI transformation of our field, and I'm learning alongside you. Let me be upfront: I'm not an AI researcher or a machine learning expert. I'm a biologist who's deeply engaged with how these tools are reshaping our work. Over the past few years, I've been experimenting with generative AI, building automation workflows for research tasks, and figuring out what actually works in real biological contexts versus what's just hype.
I’ve tested dozens of AI tools, built prompt libraries and automation workflows for my own role, and explored how AI can streamline everything from research tasks to customer support, sales enablement, and other operational work in life sciences. I approach these technologies with the rigor of a scientist. Testing, validating, and being honest about both the possibilities and the limitations.
This blog is where I share what I’m discovering, testing, and learning. You won’t find inflated claims or blind enthusiasm here. Instead, you’ll get practical insights from someone who understands both the biology and the day-to-day reality of implementing these tools.
